Policy Duration
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must be sent to erionnaglobal@gmail.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until notified.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted. These include items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, and items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
How to Return an Item:
1. Initiate a ReturnContact our Customer Service team at erionnaglobal@gmail.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
2. Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, if possible. Include the packing slip and a note indicating whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until notified.
3. Shipping Your Return
For domestic returns, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method and send your return to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at erionnaglobal@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please specify your request when initiating the return. We will do our best to fulfill your exchange based on available stock.
If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a refund instead.
Final Sale Items:
Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately at info@erionna.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
